I’ve always been fascinated by the balance between creativity and business, and I love the idea of helping artists bring their visions to life while navigating an industry that doesn’t always make it easy to do so. For me, artist management isn’t just about organizing tours or marketing albums; it’s about being an advocate, a problem-solver, and a steady presence behind the scenes. The reward of watching an artist succeed — knowing you helped make that possible — makes every challenge worth it.
