Raised in a small town, Ashley White has always carried a deep passion for music and the industry that surrounds it. For over a decade, she has immersed herself in studying the history, trends, and evolving landscape of the music business — building a strong foundation for her dream of shaping a more inclusive, artist-centered industry.

Ashley proudly calls herself a “professional fangirl” — someone who not only celebrates music but deeply cares about the people who create it. Her fascination with the business side of music began in middle school, when she started researching record labels, management teams, and touring logistics. Over time, her interest grew into a mission: to help artists succeed while protecting their creativity, individuality, and well-being.

Currently pursuing a major in Marketing and a minor in Music Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of North Texas, Ashley is expanding her expertise in both the creative and strategic sides of the industry under the guidance of experienced professionals. She was one of only ten students selected to attend Music 101 Texas, an exclusive professional development event hosted by Azteca Records and SESAC Latina, where she gained firsthand insights into the global music market and artist relations. She also earned a VIP backstage experience with Dustee Jenkins, Spotify’s Global Head of Communications and Public Relations — a moment that further fueled her commitment to building meaningful, artist-focused careers.

Beyond academics, Ashley serves as Vice President of Programming in her sorority, Delta Gamma, where she plans the chapter calendar, develops and executes sisterhood events, manages relationships among members, coordinates educational and philanthropic programming, and ensures all events run smoothly from start to finish. She also collaborates with other officers to set chapter goals, track progress, and create engaging experiences that strengthen community and participation. Through this role, she has honed her skills in leadership, organization, strategic planning, and creative problem-solving — all of which translate directly into her work in music management. Her approach to every project is guided by empathy, integrity, and strong relationships, values she brings to both her leadership and her vision for supporting artists in the music industry.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ashley is passionate about animal rescue and fostering, caring for multiple cats and dogs, including a few “foster fails” she couldn’t part with. Her compassion for animals mirrors the care she brings to her work: genuine, patient, and driven by the desire to make a positive impact.

As she continues to grow as a music professional, Ashley remains dedicated to her vision — helping artists build sustainable careers and creating a future where music and humanity thrive together.
